Before you order
No. FD1000 and FD500 parts are different sizes and are not interchangeable. The FD1000 sheet is 345mm across; the FD500 sheet is 315mm. If you have the Ezidri Ultra FD1000, use the Ezidri Ultra FD1000 version of this part.
A solid sheet is a sealed surface for anything wet — purées, fruit leather, sauces, soups and meals. A mesh sheet is a flexible open mesh that stops small pieces falling through the tray spokes and lets sticky fruit release cleanly. Most people end up with some of each.
One sheet lines one tray. Buy as many as the number of trays you want to use that way — the Ezidri Snackmaker FD500 stacks to 15 trays. The four-pack is the cheaper way to do it.
