These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ezidri EU online store at ezidri-eu.com and any purchase you make from us.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, if we identify an error in the product description or price, or if we are unable to verify your payment.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate. The total price including VAT and any delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We currently ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@ezidri-eu.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, inform us before the 14-day period expires, either by completing our online withdrawal form or by emailing sales@ezidri-eu.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.

You may examine and test the goods as you would in a shop. Returning them complete and in their original packaging avoids any deduction, but is not a condition of your right to withdraw. We may deduct from your refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We do not charge restocking fees.

We will refund you within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw, including the standard delivery cost you paid. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at sales@ezidri-eu.com. We will arrange collection of the faulty item at our expense and offer you a replacement or full refund.

Under EU law, you are entitled to a two-year legal guarantee of conformity on all goods. This is your legal right and is in addition to any commercial guarantee we offer.

7. Commercial Warranty

All Ezidri dehydrators are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the date of purchase. This is provided alongside your statutory rights under EU law and does not limit them.

8. Liability

We are liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, in accordance with applicable law. Our liability for other damages is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of our products, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Hydraflow Industries NZ Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at sales@ezidri-eu.com. We aim to resolve complaints directly and promptly.

We are willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before an approved consumer dispute resolution body.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
