What it's for
For small, sticky and delicate produce.
A flexible food-grade mesh that stops small pieces dropping through the spokes of the tray, and lets sticky fruit lift away cleanly when it is dry.
Nothing falls through
Herbs, peas, corn and chopped produce stay where you put them.
Sticky fruit releases
Strawberries, bananas and pineapple lift off instead of tearing.

Bend the sheet to pop dried pieces free, then wash and roll it flat again.

Before you order
No. FD1000 and FD500 parts are different sizes and are not interchangeable. The FD1000 sheet is 345mm across; the FD500 sheet is 315mm. If you have the Ezidri Snackmaker FD500, use the Ezidri Snackmaker FD500 version of this part.
A solid sheet is a sealed surface for anything wet — purées, fruit leather, sauces, soups and meals. A mesh sheet is a flexible open mesh that stops small pieces falling through the tray spokes and lets sticky fruit release cleanly. Most people end up with some of each.
One sheet lines one tray. Buy as many as the number of trays you want to use that way — the Ezidri Ultra FD1000 stacks to 30 trays. The four-pack is the cheaper way to do it.
