1. Where We Ship From
All Ezidri EU orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Because your order ships from within the EU, there are no customs charges or import duties for customers in our delivery countries.
2. Delivery Countries
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
If your country is not listed, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time. We are working to expand our delivery network and will update this page when new countries are added.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days
Germany, France, Spain, Italy: up to 5 working days
These are estimates only. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at sales@ezidri-eu.com.
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The total delivery cost will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification and may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and contact us at sales@ezidri-eu.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
